We pride ourselves on the professionalism and efficiency of our personnel. All prospective staff members undergo a detailed background check. This includes an employment check, Police Criminal Record check, Working with Children check and a residential status check through the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs.
Advent Security is constantly assessing the best means of developing and implementing suitable training programs for our employees, this is done in order to enhance their overall motivation levels, commitment and levels of retention.
We also aim to help each Security Officer take full advantage of all professional opportunities that are available and to take steps to eliminate any threats to their career and operational effectiveness. All our Security Officers are trained to a minimum of Level 2 First Aid. Where required we can and have supplied Officers trained to Level 3. Likewise we have had to supply Officers to undertake Fire Warden and Chief Fire Warden duties. Advent Security Services arrange training as required for our staff.
