Chifley Tower & Plaza
I would like to thank you all for assisting towards a seamless and most professional contract transition at Chifley Tower & Plaza. I still cannot believe how easy you all made it seem – though I know there was a lot of hard work in the background to make it seem effortless. Patrick only has good things to say about the Advent team, which is wonderful. I have already noticed a change in his attitude and enthusiasm, which undoubtedly comes from your caring and supportive approach.
I would also like to pass on my sincere thanks for the individual efforts to maintain management presence on site 24/7 throughout the first 2 weeks of the contract. It was a huge comfort to our team that one of you was on site during the critical first two weeks of the transition period. I feel confident that our new site team, consisting of both old and new staff, have been very well trained and are up for any challenge that comes their way. It has been a great start to our working relationship, and I look forward to working with you all.

Jacksons Landing Estate
On behalf of the organising committee of the Jacksons Landing Community Christmas Celebration, those who attended the celebration on Sunday 7 December, and the recipients of the donations, I would like to thank you wholeheartedly for your generous contribution to its success.
As a result of the generosity of your organisation, among many others, over 2000 adults and children enjoyed a magical evening of entertainment, sharing their pleasure and fun with family, friends and neighbours. It was reassuring and helpful to have the security officers around.
We were able to give the Salvation Army and the Tabitha Foundation each a cheque for $7000; and the Harris Community Centre and the Salvation Army also received a large number of toys and food items for distribution to less fortunate members of our community.

I just wanted to write and thank you and your guys for the fantastic job they did at our son’s party on Friday night last week. The sign of a successful security hire for me was the ability to just not worry about anything other than the cooking of food and the actual party. The guys were attentive to the kids, mixed with them so that they were accepted as security there on the attendees behalf, not adversaries, and when we had the odd issue like a fall in the bathroom and two kids who had a little too much, they were fantastic with how the situations were handled.
