Advent Security Values in Action

November marks Pancreatic & Stomach Cancer Awareness Month.

Advent Security are committed to Pancare Foundation’s mission to educate us all about the signs and symptoms of pancreatic and stomach cancers and, improve the lives of patients, carers and families suffering with this awful disease.

The tragic loss of close friends and family members to pancreatic cancer and biliary cancer, resulted in the development of a formal partnership between Advent Security and Pancare Foundation.

Michael Hill Advent Security Business Manager and passionate Pancare advocate said

“With some of the lowest survival rates out of all the major cancers, it’s our shared mission to improve survival and support for Australians diagnosed with upper GI cancers. I lost my father to this horrific disease and I’m keen to make an impact however big or small that can be.”

A shared commitment to a better future for patients and families is at the heart of a national partnership to create awareness and deliver long-term, sustainable revenue to Pancare. For new clients it introduces to Advent Security, Pancare will receive a generous share of funds through a referral partner arrangement.

Doug Hawkins Pancare CEO said

“Pancare are very proud to be in partnership with the team at Advent Security to improve, extend and save lives for families impacted by upper gastrointestinal cancers.”

Did you know?  This year alone, more than 12,000 Australians will be diagnosed and more than 8,600 will die.
